Since 2021 our team behind Kendo has trained over 5000+ successful sales reps in the high ticket online space, d2d, b2b, saas, commercial & more. While training sales people to be the top 1% of the industry, we also managed some of the largest sales teams online for world famous personal brands and several 7 & 8 figure companies.
While managing these teams of up to 60+ sales people at a time, we realized the most difficult part of our job was having the time and attention to properly train, screen, and onboard sales reps.
Manually interviewing, doing role plays and reviewing calls once you have a decent sized sales team is nearly impossible and the data clearly shows this. Sales reps need regular, consistent training to become the best.
So in early 2024 the idea for Kendo Ai was born: On a daily team meeting one of our sales reps said "What if we could use Chat GPT to train all of the reps we manage?", so we started trying to build custom GPT's to train our sales reps.
The lack of custom voice communication, high latency, and inconsistent conversations meant that GPT wouldn't work, so we tried other top "Ai sales trainers" on the market. Again, with no success. Many of them promised big results but had little to show for it.
Knowing there had to be a better way to use the amazing power and cost savings of artificial intelligence we decided to go all in on building our own Ai sales training tool.

Kendo literally translates to "practice" or "training".. Just as the ancient samurai of japan practiced for real combat with non lethal bamboo katanas, we built Kendo to be the equivalent for the most costly and important position in every company on earth, Sales.
Our team and founder, Luke Alexander have combined years of real world sales training experience with cutting edge custom Ai technology to bring the most human like, customizable, sales training Ai in the world to the market.
Our team has massive plans for Kendo and for helping sales teams around the world make more money, save precious time, and live better lives overall with our software.
In the age of Ai and fear of it replacing careers we have established a core company vision that represents the Kendo team and its customers:
