Founder of Kendo AI. Sales practitioner turned builder, on a mission to make elite sales training available to every rep.

About
Luke Alexander didn't learn sales in a classroom. He learned it on the phone, closing deals, and then taught thousands of reps to do the same.
He's the founder of Kendo AI, the AI sales roleplay and call-review platform built after he'd trained more than 5,000 reps and kept hitting the same wall every sales leader knows: practice doesn't scale, manager coaching is scarce, and reps end up learning on live deals they can't afford to lose.
Before Kendo, he founded Closer Cartel to teach remote high-ticket selling, co-founded Closify to connect companies with vetted sales reps, and launched AI Insiders to help operators build AI-first companies. Kendo is the tool he wished he'd had all along: build the exact buyer your reps face, practice live against realistic objections, and score every call automatically.

Why trust Luke on this
Everything Luke publishes here comes from building and operating real sales-training systems, not theory. The methods show up in customer results, from United Insurance Pros cutting ramp time from 30+ days to under 7, to Globe Life nearly doubling new-agent close rates. When a tool, price, or stat appears in his articles, it's checked against the vendor's own site or a cited source.
